1. Accessibility Commitment
Kodelamp is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for visitors, prospects, clients, and administrators.
2. Accessibility Standard and Target
Kodelamp aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continuously works to identify and address accessibility barriers.
3. Measures Kodelamp Takes
The website and portal use semantic templates, visible focus states, skip links, labels, server-rendered content, alert dialog focus management, active-page navigation semantics, reduced-motion CSS, route-level CSP, and provider iframe titles.
4. Design and Development Practices
Design work uses the Foundry visual system with readable content width, restrained motion, responsive grids, consistent form patterns, and contrast-conscious color tokens.
5. Keyboard Accessibility
Navigation, links, form controls, portal actions, and admin controls are designed to be reachable by keyboard. The shared layout includes a skip-to-content link.
6. Screen-Reader and Semantic-Markup Considerations
Pages use landmarks, headings, labels, table headers, status messages, and descriptive iframe titles where practical.
7. Text Resizing and Responsive Layouts
The public layout avoids viewport-based font scaling and reflows grids for smaller screens. Content should remain readable at 200% zoom, subject to final browser testing.
8. Color Contrast
The Foundry palette uses ink, paper, ember, marigold, and pine with visible focus treatments. Contrast should be reviewed as pages, provider embeds, and documents change.
9. Reduced-Motion Support
Animations and iframe loader motion respect prefers-reduced-motion. Essential content does not depend on animation.
10. Form Labels, Instructions, Validation, and Errors
Public forms include labels, required indicators, CSRF protection, validation, and error summaries. The privacy request form associates inline errors with inputs.
11. Captions and Transcripts Where Applicable
No production video or audio content is currently embedded in these legal pages. If media is added, captions or transcripts should be provided where applicable.
12. Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technologies
The site is built for modern browsers and common assistive technologies using standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript progressive enhancement.
13. Known Limitations
Known limitations include third-party provider iframes and scripts that Kodelamp cannot fully inspect or remediate, plus the absence of a final independent accessibility audit.
14. Third-Party Content and Embedded Services
Third-party payment providers, hosting providers, login forms, and external links may have their own accessibility behavior. Kodelamp welcomes reports and will seek reasonable alternatives where practical.
15. ResellersPanel Iframe Limitations
The ResellersPanel plan table, checkout iframe, CloudLogin form, and provider password-recovery iframe are controlled by external providers. Kodelamp provides clear titles, surrounding context, and fallback links where possible.
16. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing maintenance responsibility. New workflows, documents, provider embeds, and admin tools should be reviewed as they are added.
17. Testing and Assessment Methods
Current checks include semantic review, Laravel route tests, Playwright route/viewport metrics, focused desktop and mobile screenshots, responsive CSS review, reduced-motion probes, and manual checklist documentation. Automated checks are useful but are not proof of complete accessibility.
18. How to Report an Accessibility Problem
Use the public support page or an authenticated portal support ticket to report accessibility barriers. If a direct accessibility email is configured, it may also be published.
19. Information to Include in a Report
Please include the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, the barrier encountered, the task you were trying to complete, and a preferred contact method.
20. Alternative Methods of Obtaining Services
If a barrier prevents access to a service, Kodelamp will work to provide a reasonable alternative method where practical, such as written support through the portal or support page.
21. Response and Remediation Process
Reports should be reviewed, prioritized based on impact, assigned for remediation or provider escalation where needed, and documented until closed. Specific response deadlines require owner/legal approval before publication.
22. Last Assessment Date
Last assessment date: July 21, 2026. This was an implementation review, not a third-party certification.
23. Last-Updated Date
Last updated: July 21, 2026. Version: 2026-07-21.
24. Contact Information
Use the public support page or authenticated portal support ticket for accessibility reports unless a direct accessibility contact is later configured.
Report an Accessibility Barrier
Use the public support page or portal support ticket so the barrier can be reviewed and tracked.
